well then
Knuckels, the first of my four Sonic models, is done :D
and i'm really happy about it

after i finished the head i wasn't really in the mood to continue
i just hate it to build the head at first ^^;
i don't know, for me the model comes to the end first, until i build the head
but this time i had to build all the other stuff after
and i took myself very hard

anyway :)

if you are in papercraft and follow some blogs, you may know that there is an allready exist model of Knuckels
so you may ask why i'm build an other one ?
i don't wanna blame/harm juke here by telling some things
but i have my reasons
i had this model on my computer for over a year and actually i was really happy that he build this model as first
so i thought i don't have to do it on my own
but there are some things what i don't like in papercraft general, what this model includes

so i build it on my own again :)

i'll not explain what it is
all i can say is to all new designer out there
do yourself and the other papercrafters a favour
and build your models first on your own
remove the issues and failures
AND THEN release them

i made that mistake one time
and i still regret it

now then
to the model :meow:

the model is not easy
if i had to count it
i would rate it 7 out of 10
so don't underestimate it

build the head, legs, feet, hands and arms seperately and combine them later
otherwise you will have some huge weight and handling problems

basically it stands without any weight in the legs
but i prefere to put some into the front of the feet

you also should take a look in the "building process gallery" for more hints and tricks

file description:
the file contains as always three pdo files
one with texture and folding lines
one with texture and without folding lines
and one white version with folding lines

so you need again the Pepakura Viewer what you can get "here"

all three pdo's are not protected
so if you have the Designer, you can edit the model in the way you want :)

the package also contains the original textures

model description:
the model will come on 45 pages with 186 pieces and is 45cm tall
and is based on the SSBB (Super Smash Brothers Brawl) Trophy

This really looks unique and very beautiful. Hard-edge graphics look like a Street fighter EX Plus Alpha game if Knuckles was in it. I like how you made Papercraft even more artistic and perfected by portraying Knuckles like this! Great Job! This was a great sight to see! I enjoyed looking at this masterpiece so much. The articulation is freaking stunning in a way that, truthfully, I have not seen before. Simply breathtaking to have this on this website, it really is. I wonder what you will do next for everyone to see. One can Hope! -RetroVGN from YouTube :3

This is spectacular. I have no idea how people make these out of simple ol' paper but you've really done it! I can't really see one flaw in this model. I've never really seen much Knuckles paper models but comparing to all the other models of other characters I've seen, this is probably one of the best. Plus this was a very nice shot of the model too. The lighting's perfect, there's no glare, and it really shows off the model well. All I can really say is that this is basically perfect and I can't find any flaws with it. Unless that's a dent in his right glove.

Now I can't wait for Tails. He's my favorite character~ :3

The inkt was full... But halfway it was empty
