as i saw the sheets of the arm the first time
i just thought "damn!"
but the pieces looking harder as they really are
not like the shoulders

the only thing what you really need, is a good precision cutter to cut out the joint piece of pic1

i allready build the little pyramides without folding the whole piece

here you can see the allready build joint piece
also one of the "hinge" pieces
i left this pieces open
you have to glue them anyway, so why should i do more work when it work that way to and much better

anyway, i glued the hinge on to of this star first
later it will be a problem

then i just pushed that piece inside and glued them together (i used a bit more glue this time)

here you can see the allready build joints
and here you can see why i changed the tab direction
in the original you have to glue the tabs of the left piece, inside the joint
not only it would be harder, it also would reduce the space for the right piece
