after the clap-trap i was bored and because this model lay'd more then a half year on my desk i started it last week i really had a good run into it it's like lego, except that you have to build the single pieces too
lol, big mecha with wings just love this stuff
and because the instruction for this *ahm* more ore less just ... "is not very good", i desided to put a few images up for those who wanna build it too
pic1 the cut pieces
pic2 the first assembled parts the top-right part has no taps and you have to glue it directly on the edges
pic3 i took a extra pic of this, because this is special, there are two long taps that have to glued underneath the hole piece
pic4 one of a lot parts i don't know if they are right when i go with the folding edges it is right but it looks a bit weird, anyway i covert the taps (cause they are outside) with a small piece of paper and cut it in shape
pic5 a closer look underneath the hole piece
pic6 a few steps forward important don't make that mistake and glue the large white piece wrong otherwise it will not fit
pic7 and again one of those weird pieces the taps are on the outside again, so i also covert it with a blank paper piece well, the paintjob was not the best, shit happend
pic8 closer look from the side i did a little repaint job on the outside of the small booster
pic9 final Boosterpack
on the left you can see the first parts of the wings damn, those pieces are just great
I am a papercrafter too, but I have not came across this model yet. Did you bought the patterns or is it from some website? You have done a very good job there, sir
Looks great man! Keep going! I know what you mean when you say it sat for half a year. I have a Hyper Zeta Gundam I bought over a year ago, I finished the head and torso and stalled in building.
You have done a very good job there, sir
of course free
i said i will build him someday
