let's get away from piece count and how easy or hard this or that is
i wanna show you something different here

at one point, at least for me, the model evolve from single pieces or parts to a new form with soul and personality
mostly with the head of course but i can see now the final model infront of me even it's not done now ;)

ok you know me and i don't wanna hold you some infos back
the head until this point was harder as i expected :faint:
and the blank sheets are fukl of red markers what i have to change ^^;
but all in all the pieces are the same :)

i started with the inside of the mouth
i build the teeth seperate and glued them into it
the tricky part is to get the other pieces around them
i had to squeeze and push the mouth simetimes very hard that it fit
so be carefull

same for the eyes
i can't say "do this or do that" because i have to change a lot of things
but i will add a count :)

Oh I know what you mean! The moment a model changes from being a bunch of paper strips into something meaningful!

What sort of paper do you use btw? I've got to say you're probably one of the best builders around:- everything always looks so perfect! :faint:

I agree, once a face or typical part of it (in case of a weapon or so XD) gets into a papercraft...it starts to feel more lively ^^
